Property Management and Facility Management Services – Federal Law Enforcement Training Center
Prime contractor CMI provides property management and Facility Management services supporting the training mission of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Artesia, NM. We manage 70+ personnel across approximately 2,620 acres of Government real property (4,179,550 square feet). Activities encompass facility and building maintenance, operations & maintenance of all building systems, project management, custodial services, full grounds maintenance services, warehouse and logistics management, pest control services, and bio-waste and environmental support (to include hazardous substance spill and emergency response, recycling, and hazardous waste management for firing ranges).
Building Operations Management – Robert C. Weaver Federal Building (HUD HQ)
CMI provides building operations management that includes maintenance, administration, management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies for the 1.44M square foot Robert C. Weaver Federal Building (HUD HQ) in Washington, D.C. Work areas include: Building Management Services; Energy Management Control System (EMCS) and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System Maintenance; Plumbing and Pipefitting; Boiler Maintenance; Elevator Maintenance; Electrical Maintenance; Fire Systems Maintenance; Roofing Services; Architectural and Framework Building Maintenance; Pest Control; and Air Quality and Water Testing.
Full Facilities Maintenance – Armed Forces Retirement Home, Washington, D.C. (AFRH-DC)
Originally founded as a residence for U.S. military personnel in the mid-1800s, the AFRH-DC has evolved into a multi-tenant, mixed-use 1.55M square foot / 272 acre campus with many of its 75 buildings repurposed and leased to tenants onsite. (The tallest has seven (7) floors plus two penthouse levels.) Tenant agencies on campus include: the Smithsonian Institution; U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; District of Columbia Police; Charter School Hall; U.S. Department of Homeland Security; and U.S. Army Residential, Library, Chaplain, Recreational, and Health-Care Services. These buildings include facilities built from 1851 through 2013. CMI’s level of responsibility as the Prime Contractor is managing all facilities and systems at AFRH-DC. Costs are monitored, tracked, and controlled through CMI’s PM and corporate support staff, with reporting generated weekly and monthly for joint client/CMI review.
Facility Management Services – FEMA National Emergency Training Center (NETC)
CMI provides onsite 24/7 support to the 26-building, 646,327 square foot NETC campus in four overarching areas: Facility Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Services, Custodial / Housekeeping / Janitorial and Linen and Laundromat Services (incl. grounds maintenance / snow removal, pest control), Student and NETC Transportation Support Services, and Warehouse & Other Operational Services. Specific services encompass campus-wide O&M, custodial, grounds maintenance, and student and NETC transportation support services, to include Work Order Management, Preventive Maintenance for all critical and building systems (including fire and life safety systems), formal tours and inspections, trade craft services (i.e., painting, carpentry, electrical, locksmith, etc.), fire detection and control systems maintenance, elevator repair and maintenance, landscaping, snow and ice removal, pest control services, waste removal and recycling, and miscellaneous IDIQ services, among many others.
Facility Management Services – GSA Federal Buildings in MN and WI
Project Prime CMI provides all labor, supplies, equipment, transportation, management, and related functions and resources to deliver Integrated Facilities Management Services at the Robert W. Kastenmeier U.S. Courthouse in Madison, WI and Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse in Eau Claire, WI, and O&M services at the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building in Fort Snelling, MI (793,376 total square feet). Services include preventive maintenance schedules and service on all major building systems and equipment, to include boilers, chillers, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, low and high voltage electrical, elevator, and architectural and structural systems. CMI also manages oil analysis and oil changes, monitors perimeter access control systems, and facilitates full Custodial, Grounds Maintenance, solid waste/recycling, and Pest Management programs.
